Le 7 novembre 2025, notre syst\u00e8me Galloxol\u00ae a captur\u00e9 1,8 tonne de CO\u2082 par heure \u00e0 partir des gaz de combustion de biomasse \u2014 et la chaudi\u00e8re ne fonctionnait pas encore \u00e0 pleine capacit\u00e9. Le producteur de tomates autrichien peut d\u00e9sormais produire son propre CO\u2082 sur site, sans d\u00e9pendre d'un approvisionnement ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s'agit de la premi\u00e8re installation de GGL en Autriche et d'une nouvelle preuve de l'int\u00e9r\u00eat du captage du CO\u2082 sur site dans l'horticulture sous serre en Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des gaz de combustion de biomasse au CO\u2082 pour serres \u2014 avec r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur incluse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Merschl Gartenbau cultive des tomates toute l'ann\u00e9e \u00e0 Vienne. Jusqu'\u00e0 r\u00e9cemment, l'entreprise d\u00e9pendait de CO\u2082 fourni de l'ext\u00e9rieur, un intrant qui devient \u00e0 la fois plus cher et moins fiable. D\u00e9sormais, le syst\u00e8me Galloxol\u00ae capture le CO\u2082 directement \u00e0 partir des gaz de fum\u00e9e de la chaudi\u00e8re \u00e0 biomasse, le purifie et le rend disponible pour l'enrichissement des serres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus, GGL a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur \u00e0 l'installation. Par cons\u00e9quent, la chaleur r\u00e9siduelle des gaz de combustion \u2014 qui serait autrement perdue \u2014 est d\u00e9sormais r\u00e9utilis\u00e9e sur place. Cela signifie que le syst\u00e8me r\u00e9duit les \u00e9missions, supprime la d\u00e9pendance au CO\u2082 externe et diminue simultan\u00e9ment les co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Galloxol\u00ae : pourquoi il est plus s\u00fbr que le captage du CO\u2082 \u00e0 base d'amines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La technologie Galloxol\u00ae au c\u0153ur de ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue sp\u00e9cifiquement pour am\u00e9liorer les syst\u00e8mes de capture conventionnels \u00e0 base d'amines. La directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale Laleh Hosseini explique : \u201c Galloxol\u00ae est plus s\u00fbr, plus respectueux de l'environnement et plus rentable que les solutions traditionnelles. Le solvant \u00e9tant biod\u00e9gradable et sans pression de vapeur, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ne d\u00e9gage aucune \u00e9mission nocive. Cela le rend particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 aux serres et aux environnements agricoles. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un environnement de serre, cela compte directement. Les normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et de qualit\u00e9 des produits sont strictes. Par cons\u00e9quent, le fait que le CO\u2082 captur\u00e9 ne contienne aucune trace de solvant donne aux producteurs une plus grande confiance dans ce qu'ils administrent \u00e0 leurs cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Livr\u00e9 en 54 semaines : du contrat \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re capture<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet a progress\u00e9 rapidement. D\u00e8s la signature du contrat, GGL a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l'ing\u00e9nierie, l'approvisionnement, la construction, l'installation et la mise en service en seulement 54 semaines. La construction a d\u00e9but\u00e9 au printemps 2025 et le premier test r\u00e9ussi de captage du CO\u2082 a suivi en novembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laleh Hosseini : \u201c Nous sommes fiers de notre \u00e9quipe et de nos partenaires pour avoir livr\u00e9 ce projet dans un d\u00e9lai aussi court. De plus, cette \u00e9tape importante montre que le captage du CO\u2082 peut \u00eatre \u00e0 la fois durable et commercialement viable, m\u00eame \u00e0 plus petite \u00e9chelle industrielle. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'ensemble du syst\u00e8me est en bonne voie pour fournir du CO\u2082 aux 8 hectares de serres de tomates de Merschl Gartenbau d'ici la fin de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fait partie d'une base de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence europ\u00e9enne en expansion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet de Vienne est le dernier ajout en date \u00e0 une base de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence qui s'\u00e9tend d\u00e9sormais sur cinq pays. La technologie Galloxol\u00ae de GGL est en exploitation commerciale depuis 2019, \u00e0 commencer par DES B.V. \u00e0 Sirjansland, aux Pays-Bas. Depuis lors, des installations ont suivi chez Wijnen Crops \u00e0 Egchel (2021), FNXP LNG en Italie (2022) et EmsFlower en Allemagne (2022). Chaque projet a enrichi l'exp\u00e9rience op\u00e9rationnelle et rendu les livraisons ult\u00e9rieures plus rapides et plus fiables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus, \u00e0 mesure que le CO\u2082 industriel externe se fait plus rare et plus cher \u00e0 travers l'Europe, l'argument financier en faveur du captage biog\u00e9nique sur site se renforce.
