En 2025, nous installons un syst\u00e8me de captage de CO\u2082 Galloxol\u00ae chez Merschl Gartenbau GmbH \u00e0 Vienne. Il s'agit de notre premier projet dans le pays et du plus r\u00e9cent ajout \u00e0 une base de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence europ\u00e9enne en expansion. Une fois en service, le syst\u00e8me fournira du CO\u2082 biog\u00e9nique \u00e0 8 hectares de serres de tomates. Merschl Gartenbau ne d\u00e9pendra plus d'un approvisionnement ext\u00e9rieur en CO\u2082.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GGL a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 2022. Nous nous appuyons sur plus de deux d\u00e9cennies d'expertise en ing\u00e9nierie d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e \u00e0 l'origine chez Frames. Aujourd'hui, notre \u00e9quipe propose des solutions \u00e9prouv\u00e9es de capture du carbone et de traitement du biogaz, avec un fort accent sur l'horticulture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment Galloxol\u00ae offre une autonomie en CO\u2082 aux horticulteurs sous serre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les producteurs en serre font face \u00e0 deux d\u00e9fis \u00e0 la fois. Ils doivent r\u00e9duire leurs \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 tout en s'approvisionnant en CO\u2082 de mani\u00e8re fiable et abordable pour l'enrichissement des cultures. Le CO\u2082 liquide externe est co\u00fbteux et souvent soumis \u00e0 des perturbations. Le CO\u2082 provenant des unit\u00e9s de cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration n'est disponible que lorsque le moteur tourne, et sa qualit\u00e9 peut varier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galloxol\u00ae r\u00e9sout les deux probl\u00e8mes en m\u00eame temps. La technologie capture le CO\u2082 directement \u00e0 partir des gaz de the combustion produits par les sources d'\u00e9nergie sur site. Celles-ci comprennent les chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 biomasse, les unit\u00e9s de cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration et les installations g\u00e9othermiques. Les producteurs peuvent \u00e9galement l'utiliser pour des applications dans l'alimentation et les boissons, la production de glace carbonique ou le stockage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chez Merschl Gartenbau, nous allons raccorder le syst\u00e8me Galloxol\u00ae \u00e0 la chaudi\u00e8re \u00e0 biomasse existante du producteur. Par cons\u00e9quent, le CO\u2082 qui serait autrement rejet\u00e9 dans l'atmosph\u00e8re est achemin\u00e9 directement vers la culture de tomates. Le syst\u00e8me sera pleinement op\u00e9rationnel fin 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi Galloxol\u00ae fonctionne mieux que les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 base d'amines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plupart des syst\u00e8mes industriels de capture du CO\u2082 utilisent la chimie \u00e0 base d'amines. Les ing\u00e9nieurs les ont initialement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour le secteur p\u00e9trochimique. Ils peuvent fonctionner \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, mais ils pr\u00e9sentent des inconv\u00e9nients. Les pertes de solvant provoquent des \u00e9missions atmosph\u00e9riques nocives. Les exigences de maintenance sont plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. La consommation d'\u00e9nergie est \u00e9galement importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galloxol\u00ae fonctionne diff\u00e9remment. La directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale Laleh Hosseini explique : \u201c Notre solvant est biod\u00e9gradable et pr\u00e9sente une pression de vapeur nulle. Il n\u2019y a aucune perte de solvant et donc aucune \u00e9mission nocive. C\u2019est ce qui en fait une option s\u00fbre \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des cultures mara\u00eech\u00e8res. \u201d De plus, l\u2019absence de consommation de solvant r\u00e9duit directement les co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation. Par ailleurs, une int\u00e9gration thermique avanc\u00e9e maintient les besoins en \u00e9nergie externe \u00e0 un niveau bas. Ensemble, ces caract\u00e9ristiques font de Galloxol\u00ae une solution particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e aux petites exploitations horticoles o\u00f9 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la simplicit\u00e9 et la modicit\u00e9 des co\u00fbts d'exploitation sont primordiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une exp\u00e9rience av\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 travers l'Europe depuis 2019<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet Merschl Gartenbau vient s'ajouter \u00e0 une base de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en 2019. Cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0, nous avons mis en service notre premi\u00e8re installation Galloxol\u00ae chez DES B.V. \u00e0 Sirjansland, aux Pays-Bas. Par la suite, nous avons livr\u00e9 un deuxi\u00e8me projet n\u00e9erlandais chez Wijnen Crops \u00e0 Egchel en 2021. En 2022, nous avons achev\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me complet de captage du carbone pour FNXP LNG en Italie. La m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, nous avons termin\u00e9 un projet de pr\u00e9conditionnement des gaz de the combustion pour EmsFlower en Allemagne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque projet a affin\u00e9 nos comp\u00e9tences en ing\u00e9nierie. De plus, nous continuons \u00e0 assurer la maintenance et le support technique pour tous les syst\u00e8mes install\u00e9s. Par cons\u00e9quent, de plus de producteurs \u00e9tudient d\u00e9sormais s\u00e9rieusement la production de leur propre CO\u2082 sur site.
