Parall\u00e8lement, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire maintient la pression sur les rendements. La r\u00e9silience \u2014 la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser ses propres intrants \u2014 devient rapidement un avantage concurrentiel, et non plus un simple plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le CO\u2082 se trouve au c\u0153ur de ce probl\u00e8me. Le CO\u2082 liquide fourni de l'ext\u00e9rieur est co\u00fbteux, soumis \u00e0 des fluctuations de prix saisonni\u00e8res et de plus en plus difficile \u00e0 approvisionner de mani\u00e8re fiable. Le CO\u2082 provenant d'unit\u00e9s de cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration (CHP) sur site est moins cher mais pr\u00e9sente ses propres probl\u00e8mes : il n'est disponible que lorsque la cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration fonctionne, il est produit la nuit lorsque les cultures en ont le moins besoin, et la qualit\u00e9 \u2014 en particulier les niveaux de NOx et d'\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne \u2014 peut limiter la quantit\u00e9 que l'on peut doser en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il en r\u00e9sulte un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de l'approvisionnement : le CO\u2082 est disponible lorsque la demande est faible et rare lorsque la demande atteint des sommets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce que le captage de CO\u2082 sur site avec Galloxol\u00ae apporte r\u00e9ellement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'essentiel de la pr\u00e9sentation de Nicola \u00e9tait simple : capturer le CO\u2082 l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9, le stocker et le doser lorsque la culture en a besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le syst\u00e8me de captage du carbone en post-combustion Galloxol\u00ae est compatible avec les gaz de combustion issus des chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 biomasse, des installations de cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration, des sources g\u00e9othermiques et d\u2019autres installations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Il permet de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer 70 \u00e0 90% de CO\u2082 disponible et de le purifier jusqu&#x27;\u00e0 une puret\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 99%, ce qui r\u00e9pond largement aux normes de qualit\u00e9 requises pour l&#x27;industrie agroalimentaire et l&#x27;horticulture. Un seul module couvre une capacit\u00e9 allant jusqu&#x27;\u00e0 20 MW, avec un d\u00e9bit pouvant atteindre 5 tonnes par heure. La consommation d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est comprise entre 40 et 60 kWh par tonne de CO\u2082 produite, ce qui permet de maintenir les co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation \u00e0 un niveau bas. Le solvant utilis\u00e9 est biod\u00e9gradable et non toxique, et il n\u2019y a aucune perte de solvant dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De mani\u00e8re cruciale, le syst\u00e8me d\u00e9place la disponibilit\u00e9 du CO\u2082 de la nuit vers le jour. En capturant et en stockant le CO\u2082 pendant les p\u00e9riodes de moindre demande, les producteurs peuvent doser avec pr\u00e9cision \u2014 en fonction de l'intensit\u00e9 lumineuse, de la temp\u00e9rature et du d\u00e9ficit de pression de vapeur \u2014 au lieu d'\u00eatre contraints par le moment o\u00f9 leur cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration se trouve en fonctionnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&#x27;argument du rendement : une augmentation pouvant atteindre 251 TP3T de la production agricole<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus convaincants de la pr\u00e9sentation \u00e9tait le lien direct entre la concentration en CO\u2082 et le rendement des cultures. L\u2019augmentation des niveaux de CO\u2082 dans une serre peut accro\u00eetre le rendement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 25%, en fonction des niveaux de rayonnement, du type de culture et de la concentration initiale en CO\u2082.
