Cependant, le fait de d\u00e9pendre d'une cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement bas\u00e9e sur les combustibles fossiles est une strat\u00e9gie de plus en plus fragile. Alors que les prix de l'\u00e9nergie fluctuent et que la pression en faveur de la durabilit\u00e9 augmente, de plus en plus de producteurs se demandent comment ils peuvent reprendre le contr\u00f4le de leur propre approvisionnement en CO\u2082.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Green Gas &amp; Liquids r\u00e9pondra pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 cette question lors de GreenTech Amsterdam. Notre responsable du d\u00e9veloppement commercial, Nicola Donato, participera \u00e0 une table ronde intitul\u00e9e \u201c How Can Greenhouses Store CO2 and Take Control of Their Supply? \u201d aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Janneke Grit (Wageningen University &amp; Research), Peter van Hooft (Skytree) et Henry Gordon-Smith (Agritecture). Ensemble, ils examineront comment les exploitants de serres peuvent s'orienter vers une strat\u00e9gie de CO\u2082 ind\u00e9pendante et circulaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trois fa\u00e7ons d'approvisionner et de stocker le CO2 dans les serres<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les cultivateurs choisissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre trois approches, et chacune comporte de r\u00e9els compromis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Utilisation directe des gaz de combustion<\/strong> Il ne n\u00e9cessite aucun dispositif de captage, mais ne peut pas \u00eatre stock\u00e9. De plus, sa puret\u00e9 en CO\u2082 est faible (seulement 4 \u00e0 61 TP3T en volume) ; les producteurs doivent donc utiliser environ 16,7 fois le volume de gaz de CO\u2082 pur pour obtenir le m\u00eame enrichissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stockage de CO2<\/strong>, en revanche, atteint une puret\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 99,91 TP3T. Il s&#x27;installe dans un r\u00e9servoir flexible d&#x27;une superficie d&#x27;environ 12 \u00d7 12 m et fonctionne avec n&#x27;importe quelle source d&#x27;\u00e9nergie \u2014 pas seulement la cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration ou les chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 gaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stockage de CO2 liquide<\/strong> fournit la m\u00eame puret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans un encombrement beaucoup plus compact, d'environ 2 \u00d7 2 m. N\u00e9anmoins, la liqu\u00e9faction entra\u00eene un co\u00fbt important. Elle n\u00e9cessite 250 kWh par tonne de CO\u2082 liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9, ainsi qu'une consommation d'\u00e9nergie continue pour maintenir la pression du r\u00e9servoir. En cons\u00e9quence, les OPEX totaux pour le CO\u2082 liquide livr\u00e9 peuvent atteindre 180 \u00e0 220 \u20ac par tonne \u2014 soit jusqu'\u00e0 10 fois le co\u00fbt du captage de CO\u2082 gazeux sur site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi le moment de votre captage du CO2 est important<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les prix de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 fluctuent fortement au cours de la journ\u00e9e, ce qui a un impact direct sur les moments o\u00f9 le captage du CO2 est le plus judicieux. Pendant les heures de surplus solaire (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 09h00 \u00e0 17h00), les prix chutent souvent \u00e0 z\u00e9ro en raison de la forte production photovolta\u00efque. C'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 qu'une cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration (CHP) peut fonctionner uniquement pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de CO\u2082, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant jusqu'\u00e0 1 400 kg\/heure sans la pression de prix de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 d\u00e9favorables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant plus de 180 jours d'\u00e9t\u00e9, cette strat\u00e9gie peut capter plus de 2 000 tonnes de CO\u2082 par an. Selon votre structure de co\u00fbts, cela se traduit par des \u00e9conomies de 200 000 \u00e0 300 000 \u20ac par an. Parall\u00e8lement, pendant les heures de pointe en soir\u00e9e, o\u00f9 les prix peuvent grimper au-del\u00e0 de 370 \u20ac\/MWh, la m\u00eame cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration devient alors beaucoup plus pr\u00e9cieuse pour la production d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et de chaleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Galloxol CCU : Stockage pratique de CO2 pour serre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C'est exactement ici <strong>Galloxol\u00ae CCU<\/strong> entre en jeu. Contrairement aux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s traditionnels de capture du carbone \u00e0 base d&#x27;amines, Galloxol\u00ae utilise un solvant biod\u00e9gradable, sans produits chimiques toxiques et sans rejet de solvant dans l&#x27;atmosph\u00e8re. Con\u00e7u sp\u00e9cialement pour une utilisation en serre, il permet de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies significatives : environ 40% de CAPEX en moins et 120% d\u2019OPEX en moins par rapport aux solutions alternatives bas\u00e9es sur la liqu\u00e9faction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le syst\u00e8me est modulable de 0,5 \u00e0 6 tonnes de production de CO\u2082 par heure, ce qui lui permet de s'adapter \u00e0 des serres de diff\u00e9rentes tailles.
