L'obstacle a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 le m\u00eame : le CO\u2082 capt\u00e9 n\u00e9cessitait une liqu\u00e9faction avant de pouvoir \u00eatre diffus\u00e9 en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur une culture. Cette \u00e9tape est gourmande en capital, \u00e9nergivore et m\u00e9caniquement complexe. La technologie Galloxol\u00ae de Green Gas &amp; Liquids l'\u00e9limine. Le syst\u00e8me fournit le CO\u2082 sous forme gazeuse directement de l'unit\u00e9 de captage \u00e0 la serre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un laboratoire ind\u00e9pendant a analys\u00e9 le CO\u2082 captur\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d'une chaudi\u00e8re \u00e0 biomasse utilisant Galloxol\u00ae. Mais avec un combustible appropri\u00e9 et une chaudi\u00e8re bien g\u00e9r\u00e9e, le gaz captur\u00e9 a atteint les limites \u00e9tablies pour les boissons gazeuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une chimie plus s\u00fbre pour l'enrichissement des cultures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le solvant est au c\u0153ur de Galloxol\u00ae. Il capture le CO\u2082 des gaz de combustion. Contrairement \u00e0 de nombreux syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 base d'amines, Galloxol\u00ae utilise un solvant qui est \u00e0 la fois s\u00fbr et biod\u00e9gradable. Les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 amines reposent souvent sur des produits chimiques qui posent des probl\u00e8mes de manipulation, de toxicit\u00e9 et d'\u00e9limination. Galloxol\u00ae \u00e9vite cela. Cela simplifie la charge de conformit\u00e9 pour les exploitants d'usines. La production de CO\u2082 conventionnelle capture le gaz, puis le liqu\u00e9fie pour le purifier, le stocker et le transporter. Cette \u00e9tape n\u00e9cessite un apport \u00e9lectrique important pour les compresseurs et la r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galloxol\u00ae fournit du CO\u2082 adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l'enrichissement des cultures directement sous forme gazeuse. Un exploitant de serre peut acheminer le CO\u2082 capt\u00e9 directement dans l'environnement de culture. Le gaz ne passe jamais par la liqu\u00e9faction, le stockage cryog\u00e9nique ou la regaz\u00e9ification. Il passe des fum\u00e9es de chaudi\u00e8re \u00e0 la serro-culture en un seul processus continu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ceci marque la diff\u00e9rence pratique la plus nette entre le Galloxol\u00ae et le captage \u00e0 base d'amines. La charge de maintenance s'accumule, de l'entretien courant \u00e0 la r\u00e9vision \u00e9ventuelle des pi\u00e8ces rotatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les syst\u00e8mes Galloxol\u00ae \u00e9liminent cette \u00e9tape en rendant le dosage sur site inutile. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, la conception vise des co\u00fbts d'investissement et d'exploitation comp\u00e9titifs et les maintient bas tout au long de la dur\u00e9e de vie de l'usine. Green Gas &amp; Liquids y voit la cl\u00e9 pour ouvrir le captage du CO\u2082 aux exploitants de toutes tailles.
