In 2025 installeren we een Galloxol\u00ae CO\u2082-afvangsysteem bij Merschl Gartenbau GmbH in Wenen. Dit is ons eerste project in het land en de nieuwste toevoeging aan een groeiende Europese referentiebasis. Zodra het systeem draait, zal het biogene CO\u2082 leveren aan 8 hectare tomatenkassen. Merschl Gartenbau zal niet langer afhankelijk zijn van externe CO\u2082-levering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GGL werd opgericht in 2022. We bouwen voort op meer dan twee decennia aan engineeringexpertise die oorspronkelijk werd ontwikkeld bij Frames. Vandaag de dag levert ons team bewezen oplossingen voor CO2-afvang en biogasbehandeling, met een sterke focus op de tuinbouw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe Galloxol\u00ae CO\u2082-zelfvoorziening levert voor tuinders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tuinders worden voor twee uitdagingen tegelijk gesteld. Ze moeten de CO\u2082-uitstoot verminderen en tegelijkertijd zorgen voor een betrouwbare, betaalbare CO\u2082-aanvoer voor gewasverrijking. Externe vloeibare CO\u2082 is duur en wordt vaak verstoord. CO\u2082 uit WKK-installaties is alleen beschikbaar als de motor draait en de kwaliteit kan vari\u00ebren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galloxol\u00ae lost beide problemen tegelijkertijd op. De technologie vangt CO\u2082 rechtstreeks af uit rookgassen geproduceerd door energiebronnen ter plaatse. Hiertoe behoren biomassaketels, WKK-installaties en geothermische installaties. Na afvang zuiveren we de CO\u2082 en maken we deze gereed voor direct gebruik in de kas. Telers kunnen het ook gebruiken voor toepassingen in de voedingsmiddelen- en drankenindustrie, de productie van droogijs of opslag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij Merschl Gartenbau sluiten we het Galloxol\u00ae-systeem aan op de bestaande biomassaverketel van de kweker. Hierdoor stroomt CO\u2082 die anders in de atmosfeer zou belanden, rechtstreeks naar het tomatengewas. Eind 2025 is het systeem volledig operationeel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waarom Galloxol\u00ae beter werkt dan op amine gebaseerde systemen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De meeste industri\u00eble CO\u2082-afvangsystemen maken gebruik van op amine gebaseerde chemie. Ingenieurs hebben deze oorspronkelijk ontwikkeld voor de petrochemische sector. Ze kunnen op grote schaal werken, maar ze hebben nadelen. Oplosmiddelverliezen veroorzaken schadelijke emissies in de atmosfeer. Het onderhoud is intensiever. Het energieverbruik is bovendien aanzienlijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galloxol\u00ae werkt anders. Algemeen directeur Laleh Hosseini legt uit: \u201cOns oplosmiddel is biologisch afbreekbaar en heeft een dampspanning van nul. Er zijn geen oplosmiddelverliezen, en dus ook geen schadelijke emissies. Dat maakt het een veilige optie rond voedingsgewassen.\u201d Bovendien verlaagt het nulverbruik van oplosmiddelen de operationele kosten direct. Verder zorgt geavanceerde warmte-integratie ervoor dat de externe energietoevoer laag blijft. Samen maken deze eigenschappen Galloxol\u00ae zeer geschikt voor kleinere glastuinbouwbedrijven waar veiligheid, eenvoud en lage operationele kosten het belangrijkst zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een bewezen trackrecord in heel Europa sinds 2019<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het Merschl Gartenbau-project sluit aan bij een referentiebasis die in 2019 is gestart. Dat jaar hebben we onze eerste Galloxol\u00ae-installatie in gebruik genomen bij DES B.V. in Sirjansland, Nederland. Vervolgens hebben we in 2021 een tweede Nederlands project geleverd bij Wijnen Crops in Egchel. In 2022 hebben we een volledig CO2-afvangwatersysteem voltooid voor FNXP LNG in Itali\u00eb. In datzelfde jaar hebben we een rookgasvoorbehandelingsproject afgerond voor EmsFlower in Duitsland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elk project heeft onze technische vaardigheden aangescherpt. Bovendien blijven we onderhoud en serviceondersteuning bieden voor alle ge\u00efnstalleerde systemen. Dit zorgt voor sterke prestaties lang na de inbedrijfstelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het Oostenrijkse project is een logische volgende stap. De energiekosten blijven volatiel en de druk om de uitstoot te verminderen groeit in heel Europa. Bijgevolg kijken meer telers nu serieus naar het zelf produceren van hun eigen CO\u2082 op locatie. De vraag is niet langer of afvang op locatie haalbaar is.
