Het artikel beschrijft wat Galloxol\u00ae verandert voor telers: CO\u2082 die rechtstreeks van de afvanginstallatie naar het gewas stroomt, in gasvorm, zonder dat er een vloeibaaringsstap tussen zit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Handelsdekking is belangrijk omdat het de mensen bereikt die dagelijks CO\u2082 doseren. Telers worden al lang geconfronteerd met een eenvoudige beperking. Afgevangen CO\u2082 moest worden vloeibaar gemaakt voordat het veilig over een gewas kon worden gebruikt. Die stap brengt investeringskosten, elektriciteitsvraag en onderhoud met zich mee. Galloxol\u00ae neemt dit weg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waarom bio-CO\u2082 zonder vervloeiing belangrijk is voor telers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De functie verankert de claim in bewijs. Een onafhankelijk laboratorium analyseerde CO\u2082 afkomstig van een biomassa-ketel die op Galloxol\u00ae draait. Het testte het gas tegen ISBT- en EIGA-specificaties. Het gemeten gas voldeed aan de ISBT-limieten onder echte bedrijfsomstandigheden. Die resultaten kwamen van een werkende installatie, niet uit een laboratorium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ISBT is een drankspecificatie, geen tuinbouwspecificatie. Voor de meeste parameters is deze aanzienlijk strenger. Voldoen aan de limieten ervan toont aan hoe weinig het Galloxol\u00ae-proces zelf toevoegt aan de gasstroom. De uiteindelijke CO\u2082-kwaliteit hangt altijd af van de brandstof- en verbrandingsomstandigheden. Maar bij een geschikte brandstof en een goed beheerde ketel heeft het afgevangen gas voldaan aan een specificatie die is opgesteld voor koolzuurhoudende dranken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veiligere chemie aan de basis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het oplosmiddel vormt de kern van het Galloxol\u00ae-proces. Het is veilig en biologisch afbreekbaar. Veel op amine gebaseerde afvangsystemen vertrouwen op chemicali\u00ebn die hun eigen zorgen met zich meebrengen op het gebied van hantering, toxiciteit en afvalverwerking. Dat verschil telt dubbel: het vereenvoudigt de naleving voor fabrieksexploitanten en het vermindert het chemische risico in CO\u2082 die bestemd is voor gewassen die mensen zullen eten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Geen vervloeiing betekent lagere kosten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het weglaten van vervloeiing verandert meer dan alleen het proces. Het verandert de economie. Vervloeiingsapparatuur is een grote kapitaalpost. Het verbruikt aanzienlijk veel elektriciteit. Het brengt een terugkerende onderhoudslast met zich mee, van routineonderhoud tot de uiteindelijke revisie van roterende onderdelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galloxol\u00ae levert CO\u2082 in gasvorm rechtstreeks vanuit de afvanginstallatie. Een teler leidt dit direct de kas in. Het gas verplaatst zich in \u00e9\u00e9n continu proces van ketelrookgas naar gewasverrijking. Waar de teler ter plaatse doseert, kan het vervloeiingsdeel buiten de installatie blijven. Green Gas &amp; Liquids neemt dit alleen op waar opslag of levering buiten de locatie dit vereist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een bewezen trackrecord<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galloxol\u00ae is geen nieuw gecommercialiseerd concept. Green Gas &amp; Liquids exploiteert al sinds 2019 fabrieken die op deze technologie zijn gebaseerd. Vandaag de dag zijn er vier systemen actief binnen de tuinbouw- en biogasindustrie in Nederland, Itali\u00eb en Oostenrijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor telers die hun opties voor de CO\u2082-voorziening afwegen, leidt die combinatie tot een duidelijk voorstel. Een gasvormig product dat ze direct op het gewas kunnen doseren. Een veilige, biologisch afbreekbare afvangchemie. Lagere kapitaal- en operationele kosten doordat dosering ter plaatse vervloeiing overbodig maakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat telers ons vragen na het lezen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer telers het artikel lezen, volgen er meestal drie vragen. Ten eerste: blijft de gaskwaliteit op termijn gewaarborgd? De ISBT-resultaten zijn afkomstig van operationele installaties, wat een in de praktijk bewezen antwoord geeft in plaats van een belofte uit het laboratorium. Ten tweede: wat kost het in vergelijking met ingekochte CO\u2082? Het weglaten van vloeibaar maken haalt een grote kostenpost uit de vergelijking. Ten derde: is het geschikt voor een kleiner bedrijf? Het toegankelijk maken van afvang voor middelgrote en kleinere telers is precies het doel van een eenvoudiquere, goedkopere afvanglijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij verwelkomen die vragen.
